Fa pocs dies, aquí mateix, al Catorze, vaig llegir (unes quantes vegades) l’article d’Adam Martín #jotambé soc un agressor. Donant-li voltes (unes quantes, també) em va venir al cap una de les meves cançons preferides de Lennon, Jealous Guy.
Lennon va aprofitar una melodia que havia escrit tres anys abans amb els Beatles –fruit de les sessions experimentals que van fer a l’Índia– i en va reescriure la lletra del tot, convertint-la en aquesta confessió que al VOSC hem traduït i subtitulat en català.
Tots dos, Martín, amb el seu text, i Lennon, amb la seva cançó (amb aquell tros xiulat, inesperat i inoblidable, al bell mig), arriben a la mateixa conclusió, que aprofito per compartir: jo també soc un agressor.
