“Un bon dia de finals de juny et despertes pensant que has de fer un videoclip de la cançó The Golden Road. Comences a donar-li voltes i l’únic que saps és que ha de ser l’antítesi de Final del camí. Aquesta vegada volia una celebració. Un grup d’amics que vinguessin al rescat d’algú que no passa per un bon moment. Amor, amistat, lleialtat, rialles… vida!”
Així és com Èric Vinaixa (Miravet, 1977) presenta el videoclip de la cançó The Golden Road, del seu tercer disc en solitari, Caos a mig camí. Els actors que hi participen són Mercè Martínez, Màrius Hernández, Tony Corvillo, Gemma Deusedas, Miriam Tortosa i Ferran Rañé. El videoclip ha estat dirigit per Marc Juan i Josep Serra i rodat en una casa de Bellaterra: “Hi vam estar durant 8 hores, allà vam seguir el guió boig que tenia al cap des de feia dies i que entre tots vam anar pulint. Tot ho vam preparar en 10 dies”. I el resultat és aquest.
